Energy Bites


Butterscotch Energy Bites

Ingredients:

​130g rolled oats

33g peanut butter (or any nut butter)

12g PB2

63g agave (or honey, pure maple syrup)

Pinch of salt

21g butterscotch chips-crushed up

Directions:

Mix everything into 10 bites (about 30g per bite) Refrigerate leftovers

 

Cookie Butter Bites

Ingredients:

​2 cups rolls oats (I like the quick oats, they are smaller)

4 tbsp cookie butter

2 tbsp agave or honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

14g mini m&m's or chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix everything together

Roll into 14 bites

 

M&M Cookie Bites:

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup Agave

Dash of salt

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 cup mini M&Ms

Directions:

Mix oats, peanut butter, salt, vanilla together

Add mini M&Ms mix together

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Roll into balls, makes 14 bites
