S'mores Pizza

Ingredients:

1/2 Joseph's lavash wrap

15g mini marshmallows

1 tbsp Cookie Butter (Or Peanut butter, almond butter, PB2)

1/2 graham cracker (8g) crushed up

5g Hersey syrup

Directions:

Spread cookie butter on wrap, sprinkle graham cracker, then marshmallows

Put in oven on broiler high setting.

Watch closely until marshmallows are done how you like them.

Guacamole:

1 Mashed Avocado

1/4 cup cottage cheese

Season with whatever you want

You can also add cilantro, tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice.

Be creative!

Mix everything together, enjoy with some chips, cucumber slices, etc.

Rice Cake Snacks:

​#1 White cheddar rice cake - laughing cow wedge cheese - Turkey deli meat​

#2 Tomato/Basil rice cake - wholly guacamole - hard boiled egg - everything bagel seasoning​

#3 Caramel rice cake - peanut butter - bananas - cinnamon - mini chocolate chips​

#4 Caramel rice cake - peanut butter - strawberries

Protein Shake Ideas:

*Try adding iced coffee to your protein shakes, makes it tastes like a Starbucks frappuccino, can do chocolate or vanilla they are both great!

*Frozen bananas, pineapple, berries really any fresh fruit are great to add to your shakes as well

*You can also add frozen cauliflower to your shakes.

Gives it a great texture and you can taste it at all. Less sugar then bananas and adds some vitamins and fiber.

Sweet Potato/Avocado Toast:

Directions:

Slice the potato lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick

Bake @375 for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through

Top with anything that sounds good...

EGGS: Hard Boiled, eggs white, scrabbled eggs, sunny side up

Bacon, tomatoes, almond butter, bananas, strawberries etc.

To reheat toast: Place potato in toaster on highest setting, for about 5 minutes, you may have to do this a few times depending on how long it takes to toast the potato

Protein Ice Cream:

​*Can be creative with this, and make how you want it*

Blend .5-1 frozen Banana

1 Scoop of Protein Powder (any flavor will work)

1 TSP Cocoa Powder (to add chocolate flavor)

1 Cup of Almond Milk

1 Cup of Ice

***Can also add, cinnamon, can make vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate, can add strawberries, peanut butter, almond butter, etc***

Rice Krispy Treats:

2 Cups of Marshmallows

66g (2 servings) Rice crispy cereal

2tbsp of Butter

1-1/2 scoops of Protein

Directions:

Melt butter and marshmallows in pan

Mix Cereal and Protein together

Once marshmallows and butter are melted, mix into cereal & Protein

Spray 8x8 pan with nonstick

Poor into nonstick pan

*Spray hand with the nonstick spray to form the treats

*Let cool and cut into 9 pieces

Strawberry Oatmeal Protein Shake:

1 scoop Vanilla Protein

100g fresh or frozen strawberries

1/4 cup roll oats

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1 cup of ice

Directions:

Blend well and Enjoy!
